Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive a store credit. Please note, original shipping costs will not be refunded; only the cost of the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Discounted items are NOT eligible for any form of return or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. Returns can be directly dropped off at our physical location in Scarborough, ON if desired.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Discounted items are NOT eligible for any form of return or exchange.

Exchanges 

Unfortunately, Luxetex Balloons does not offer exchanges. All returns and new purchases are processed separately. Discounted items are NOT eligible for any form of return or exchange.

Refunds/Store Credits
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be issued a store credit within 10 business days. If the return was due to an error on Luxetex's behalf, then a full refund will automatically be issued instead. Discounted items are NOT eligible for any form of return or exchange.
